YOU NEED TO PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!!

Its hard to believe that we even have to enforce this, but we are at a point that it has gotten out of hand. The dog poop that is not picked up in our community has reached a point that we have to step in and start enforcing it. Not only is it illegal and disrespectful to your neighbors - but its outright disgusting. Show some pride in where you live and your community and start picking up after your dog.

Plan of Action: The board will be installing two dog stations that will have bags and a trash bin to put the bags in. You really have no excuse at this point. The board asks homeowners that if you see anyone or know of anyone that is not picking up after their dog to please report it. We will start imposing fines to those that continue to not pick up after their dogs. We are out of options.

Please be considerate to your neighbors. we are not asking for more than that.
